OUR JOURNEY

2019

HELLO DONOR IS FOUNDED

The game plan to help schools and nonprofits was developed with a passion to equip and support fundraising in a brand new way that will be easy, fun, secure, and most importantly, provide recurring revenues. Development of the technology was built and tested and re-tested to ensure success for our clients and Hello Donor.

2020

FUNDING, COVID-19 & LAUNCH

Little did we know when we developed our platform to be contact-less, event-less, using digital change, and require little to no volunteers that we were in the ideal position for what was to happen with Covid-19 for our product launch. $1M in funding was raised to expand. We quickly grew to clients in 8 states. 

2021

HELLO DONOR EXPANDS

With our focus on constant improvement in the technology, customer support, partnerships with great companies, and what is best for our client as our #1 priority, Hello Donor grew to 13 states. We continue to improve everywhere we can and draw incredible talent with a passion to help others.

CHRIS ALLEN

Chris leads the company and the Customer Success Team. He has a passion to make sure that every client is well served in the best way possible.

His background in technology leadership and ministry nonprofit provides Chris with a unique insight to what is best for school and nonprofit fundraising.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CO-FOUNDER

MARK GOODMAN

Mark serves on our team by assisting the Sales team and by leading the nonprofit division of our Sales team. His main focus and passion is helping nonprofits accelerate their mission.

His background in nonprofits allow him to personally connect and build relationships with our nonprofit partners.

Jake loves to have fun!! He enjoys hanging out with his friends and family. 

MARKET LEADER

JAKE LACY

Jake serves on our team as our Sales Market Leader where he focuses on having conversations with schools to learn how Changemaker can help. He also works directly with our Customer Success Team to create promotional materials and implementation plans.

His background in school fundraising helps him to connect to people and schools!

Kathryn enjoys trying new restaurants, adventuring outdoors with her dogs, and loves to travel.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

KATHRYN HAWKINS

Kathryn serves on our team as the Director of Operations where she leads the Sales Development and Customer Experience team. 

Her background as the Director of Annual Giving at a large private school allows her to partner closely and understand the fundraising needs of each school or nonprofit to ensure an easy, enjoyable, and successful program.

Natalie loves connecting with potential partners to learn about their needs and how Changemaker can help! Whether it's our current customers or a potential customer, Natalie is always looking for opportunities to help others succeed. 

Her background in recruiting and marketing allows her to help our team implement strong processes, which helps our partners have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
